The Bordoodle is an intentional cross, not a kennel-club breed with a single written standard. Two dogs from the same pairing can differ in size, coat, and temperament, because each puppy inherits a different mix of traits from the contributing breeds. When a Poodle is one of the parents, the coat may be curly, wavy, or straight, and low shedding is not guaranteed.
