The American Neo Bull is an intentional cross, not a kennel-club breed with a single written standard. Two dogs from the same pairing can differ in size, coat, and temperament, because each puppy inherits a different mix of traits from the contributing breeds.

An American Neo Bull mixes the American Bulldog with the Neapolitan Mastiff. This is a massive, loose-skinned guardian dog. Wrinkles, dewlap, and a short coat are common when the Neo side dominates; a tighter, more athletic build appears when the Bulldog does.
They drool, they shed modestly, and they take up a lot of floor. Joints and heat are the practical limits. Training and socialization have to start while the puppy is still manageable. This is a serious house guardian mix, not a jogging or dog-park breed.
